Who You’ll Work With

The Technical Services Product Management team defines the Services portfolio and offerings that Cisco customers depend on every day around the world including Product, Software, Solutions Support and Technical Services Advantage offers for both Enterprise and Service Provider Segments. We expect our future product managers to act as the CEO of their portfolio and possess or build capabilities in six key areas:

Who You Are

As a 21st Century Product Manager in the Services organization, you will focus on: 

Customer Experience Grounding: Ability to design customer centric experiences throughout the customer experience journey and apply design thinking

Market Assessment & Orientation: Ability to develop deep understanding of market trends, partner eco-systems & competitive strategies

Business Acumen: Ability to drive business strategy, got to market approach, monetization/pricing models, tracking key performance indicators and standard financial metrics 

Technical Skills: Ability to go deep on technology trends, architectural questions, roadmap / portfolio planning and understanding the services development lifecycle

Soft Skills (EQ): Ability to lead teams, communicate w diverse groups, negotiate and influence change across the organization

Enablement: Enable & promote innovation through talented teams and individuals, test & learn culture, and innovation oriented best practices

The Technical Services Product Management Team (TSPM) is transforming our portfolio. We are focused on high value services, software, new monetization models, customer digital experience and our partner strategy. You will accelerate customer and partner success through innovation. Our award-winning portfolio of professional, technical and managed services brings to bear the intelligence and the networking expertise that Cisco and our partners have accumulated from successfully supporting the most high-demand and complicated network and IT infrastructures in the world. This role will become part of our team that defines the cutting edge portfolio for the services Cisco customers depend on every single day around the world.

Minimum Requirements

  • INTRINSIC DRIVE! You are self-directed and possess a bias for action 
  • You are a lifetime learner & embrace the idea of challenging yourself consistently
  • 5 years’ experience in a technology vertical in a product management, strategic or analytical role with a  similarly focused degree
  • Strong understanding of services, software & monetization models
