Who we want:


The Healthcare Navigation Specialist is a detail oriented person with excellent customer service skills and the ability to understand complex policies and procedures. In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for individuals and families who are in need of healthcare resources. As such, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, assessing clients needs and outreach efforts. You will ensure accurate and high quality delivery of general information; program benefits, appointment scheduling and screenings are provided. You will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and implementing quality standards including HIPAA guidelines.  Additionally, you will be accountable for maintaining accurate client records, appointments, notes, contacts and providing clients with a correct list of documentation needed for appointments. You will be integral in assisting the Healthcare Navigation program in meeting monthly program goals according to contractual agreements and special projects.

What youll bring:



  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university required.

  • At least 1 year of previous eligibility/screening experience.

  • At least 1 year of experience working with low income and or vulnerable populations.

  • An ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and shift gears quickly to accommodate change.

  • An ability to prioritize work in order to meet daily and monthly individual goals.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Professional appearance and manner.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
