**Title:** BOS Client Facing - Hubs, PEH & PIH (CAC) and PCH (Mexico and CAC)

**Reports to:** North Cone LA, BOS Lead

**Location:** Costa Rica, Central America

**Date:** November, 2017


The BOS Client Facing is responsible for:

+ Provide Client Facing support to PEH & PIH (CAC), PCH (Mxico and CAC) and Hubs based in Costa Rica.

+ Lead the implementation of any PEH, PIH, PCH and Hubs initiative/project which is part of the North Cone Operating plan.

+ Actively participate in the HR Operations Initiatives/projects which are part of the Operating Plan which required an important level of local stakeholder management

+ Represent HR function in the CMF, CBC and any other country's forum, and participate in the development of strategies and plan of actions to ensure that the key business objectives and deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner.


+ Understand the strategy of a wide range of business clients and ensure the implementation of global, regional and/or key/critical market initiatives/priorities considering corporate guidelines and business needs

+ Ensure efficient implementation and delivery of the HR Services aligned to HR operating model and working across a matrix organization (within HR and within the different functions/businesses)

+ Work closely with the Key stakeholders across the HR function to implement HR and business initiatives as well as creating an informal HR network that seeks to make it easier to get things done in HR;

+ Ensure close alignment with HR Leads to promote Talent Management process, Career Management (involving, promotions, transfers and international assignments ) in line with the business strategies, seeking to encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development;

+ Coach leaders to leverage all people key process / strategy and support their teams to be an effective structure to attend the business;

+ Ensure effective relationships with internal clients through effective communication in alignment with the HR strategy and the operating policies;

+ Participate in change management and transformational processes related to his/her client groups

+ Support HR Operations initiatives / projects approved in the Operating Plan, which required a high level of local stakeholder management

+ Lead the most complex Employee Relations Investigations cases for the Cluster


+ University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economy, Psychology or correlated area. Desirable: MBA in Business Management or Human Resources

+ 10 or more years of experience in Human Resources; experience in business partnering roles

+ Experience in leading country or regional projects under a matrix organization

+ Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

+ Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills and ability to build relationships and leverage resources within the function and across the organization to advance business and HR strategy

+ Solid problem solving, facilitation and analytical skills

**Language Proficiency:** English and Spanish proficiency
