The role must have strong skills/experience in the following areas: Recruiting, hiring and developing talent.

Collaborating internally with USPO Leads; Arch Leads,GCS; and others across Cisco, including Direct Sales, Nationals; and GSSO.

Strong executive presence to call within partner community at highest levels (e.g., President, CEO, SVP, Executive Director) and across the partner teams to build relationships and support development and execution on L.A.E.R. model for both software and services.

Passion to learn in a rapidly transforming market segment and passion to ''teach'' by example within the partner team.

Confidence and assertiveness to help teams collaboratively learn and shape strategy from the partner perspective.

Strong analytical/planning skills to be a member of the senior leadership team USPO strategy for today and the future.

This role leads the Partner Service and Software Managers and Software Business Development Managers. We will be a key part of the execution of both Cisco’s Services and Software go to market. You will be aligned to a Direct Services and Software field lead and will jointly lead regionally efforts for the South and the East Operations. You will be tightly aligned to USPO OD’s in both the South and East Areas.

-  Individuals with a Product/Arch Background and prior experience leading teams is a plus

- Proven ability to work in diverse teams is a must

-  Understanding of Cisco’s initiatives around Software and Service
