The RRT Exercise Senior Manager role is part of the Enterprise Readiness and Resiliency Testing (RRT) Team which is responsible for strengthening the Bank’s response capabilities by assessing response maturity, conducting exercises, tests, and training. Exercises are used to stress and evaluate the related plans created by the Front Line Units and Control Functions to find areas of opportunity and ensure the actions can be executed in times of a crisis. Through exercises, Front Line Units and Control Functions are able to increase their plan and execution maturity. Generally requires 12+ years of experience.



**Required Skills & Experience:**



+ ​Strong Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Management and/or Crisis Management experience in the banking/financial services sector

+ Firm understanding rules and regulations that govern business continuity as well as global recovery and resolution

+ Strong risk management skills and history of working in a highly regulated environment

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong meeting facilitation skills

+ Strong relationship management skills

+ Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

+ Experience developing and presenting executive level presentations

+ Ability to establish and grow strong relationships

+ Ability to learn quickly

+ Ability to adapt to changing business needs

+ Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment

+ Experienced in Senior Leader Interaction / iterative dialog



_Enterprise Role Overview:_



Leads team of Managers, Senior Consultants or Consultants. Provides leadership to business continuity / disaster recovery programs as well as expert level consulting to clients on business continuity topics. May surface issues affecting corporate recoverability across organizational boundaries and influence appropriate risk decisions. Serves as a spokesperson with other technology or business groups and as a primary contact with key Line of Business executives. Exercises independent judgment in directing staff to achieve results. Demonstrates broad and deep business and/or technical acumen to recommend and implement solutions that protect the bank's assets. Provides business continuity subject matter consulting support in audit and regulatory matters, as needed. Is clearly recognized as a subject matter expert by peers. A more senior associate may have the following additional responsibilities: Facilitates cross-functional activities, initiatives, and discussion groups to ensure end to end recoverability. Ensures collaboration and partnership with all domestic and regional partners. Provides strategic input to the Enterprise Business Continuity Executive to shape the business continuity / disaster recovery strategic direction and to improve the corporate business continuity program.
