Job Summary
Under supervision, the Senior Client Training Coordinator performs a variety of office audits, training, support and technical tasks with special capabilities that relate to motor vehicle transactions, registrations, license plates, driver’s license transactions, reinstatement (DMB) transactions, IRP apportions, tax collection, daily reports, and end of the day closing procedures. Assists and helps train current team members, new team members and clients on various programs and products. In addition to the tasks below, the Senior Client Training Coordinator are to heed advice, gain knowledge from, and take direction from the Manager, Client Training.
Primary Duties
  • Audits processed files for vehicle registration, driver’s license, and reinstatement (DMB) for all Louisiana locations.
  • Analyzes team member training progress and pinpoints training needs from audit results.
  • Audits all logs, daily weekly and monthly reports, office retention, inventory and general operating procedures of all Louisiana locations.
  • Reviews and responds to office audits performed by the Office of Motor Vehicles.
  • Conducts internal training through webinar and on-site for vehicle registration, driver’s license, and reinstatement (DMB) along with all daily reports and closing procedures for all Louisiana locations.
  • Conducts external training through webinar and on-site for clients on all programs and document requirements.
  • Secondary Duties
    • Data entry of all information from the Vehicle Application (VEH) to the Department of Public Safety (DPS) system to print vehicle registration, including making sure the correct transaction is typed.  Processes of driver’s license, and reinstatement transactions as well as special capability tasks within state system on all products and services.
    • Examines documents submitted by customers for motor vehicle titles and registrations, driver’s license, and reinstatements. The Senior Client Training Coordinator determines authenticity of documents. Issues appropriate license plate, registration, driver’s license, and clearance letter for reinstatement.
    • Assists with daily reports and opening and closing of offices when needed.
    • Performs a variety of office support tasks, including answering the telephone, recording and forwarding messages, answering questions in person and over the telephone about sales taxes and motor vehicle, driver’s license, and reinstatements and entering data into the computer. Follow up phone calls to customers may be necessary.
    • Proofreading all information from (VEH) including: verifying taxes and fees, license plate, lienholder information, owner's information and mileage to the vehicle's registration and confirm with the customer that all information is correct on the transactions.
    • Other Duties as Assigned

Job Requirements
  1. Experience:
    • Minimum two years of experience and/or a Registration Administrator II is required
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
