**Job Description and Responsibilities / Additional Information**

The Bank of America Wholesale Credit Models Support Oversight and Governance (MSOG) Team within GBAM is seeking experienced subject matter expert leaders. Partnering with our Enterprise model development and administration teams, MSOG is responsible for ensuring appropriate ownership and accountability for the Wholesale Credit models, associated qualitative methodologyies, and resulting forecasts and outputs. This leader will be assigned to a particular model subject area and is responsible for driving an enterprise-wide matrixed team; from setting the agenda, through initatives, and into production. Expertise in CCAR/DFAST/Stress Testing, Quantitative/Qualitative Analytics, Wholesale Credit lending and monitoring, and/or Credit Risk Management is necessary. Superb leadership, program oversight, and verbal, written, and presentation skills are critical. Modeling subject areas for this position include: C&I/CRE Challenger Models, Liquidity, FVO/HFS and small loan decision support modeling. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidates.

**Job Requirements**

• Skilled leader. Able to influence and lead. Directly, and via a matrix organization where dependent on partners to deliver

• Deep experience with CCAR/DFAST/Stress Testing, Quantitative/Qualitative Analysis, Wholesale Credit Lending and/or Credit Risk Management

• Superb verbal, written, and presentation abilities

• Curious and capable of challenging the norm and driving improvements

• Critical thinking skills

• Quick learning, with desire to grow and develop every day

• 10+ years experience    

**Desired Skills**

• Data query and analysis skills

• Advanced degrees desirable: Such as Analytics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, etc.

• Experience in Model Validation and/or oversight is desirable
