What You'll Do

Cisco Managed Services is seeking a Contact Center expert to support our global Contact Center as a Service model.

Who You Are

  • Ability to work independently to turn contact center enterprise business requirements into technical solutions
    Collaborate with the sales and product teams to influence architecture evolution.
  • Develop High and low-level design and bill-of-materials for new designs.
  • Able to relay technical information to both technical and executive personnel.
  • Provide support across multiple functions.
  • Provide support to engineering and operations teams for complex design integrations.
  • Deliver training to operations teams.
  • Conduct technical interviews.
Technical Skills:
  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)
  • Cisco Voice Portal (CVP)
  • Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Management (ICM)
  • Cisco VXML Gateways
  • NICE Call Recording
  • IEX Workforce Management
  • Cisco IP Dialer
  • Nuance ASR
  • eGain VIM
  • Knowledge of call signaling protocols (CTI/JTAPI, SIP)
  • Cisco Unified Communications (UCM) knowledge also desirable.
  • ICM and CVP Scripting.

  • 7+ years of experience with Cisco Contact Center solutions.
  • BS or MS degree required.
  • CCIE Voice/Collaboration, CCDE, or equivalent advanced certification strongly desired.
