WHAT YOU'LL DO

Are you up for the challenge to drive the overall Bookings Initiative for Sales and Services Finance? As the Worldwide Product Booking Manager in Sales and Service Finance, you will:

  • Drive and Consolidate Weekly/ Monthly Product Bookings Forecasts and Annual Plan by Region/ Theater, Country, Segment, and BE
  • Drive and Consolidate WW decks for Monthly Forecast Review, Monthly Close Meeting, Monthly Business Review (MBR), Monthly Metrics Review (MMR), and Board of Directors Meeting
  • Support Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and Annual Long Range Planning (LRP) as necessary
  • Partner with cross functional teams (PPMT, MBR, OMF, FinBI, GBSBI, EDW...) and drive bookings data integrity across systems: FinBI Bookings Cube, FinBI Bookings BO, MBR, OMF, PBD
  • Closely work with Finance Transformation Office Restatement Team, advise and monitor annual Product Bookings Restatement process and result
  • Partner with cross functional teams (PPMT, MBR, GBSBI) on new initiatives
  • Review monthly SHARE hierarchy change as part of SOX control process to ensure the accuracy of SHARE changes
  • Manage and distribute monthly communication to communicate upcoming activities, timeline, requirements, and etc to set expectations and ensure smooth month end close
  • Support Quarterly Earnings Release, provide Corporate FP&A and Investor Relation external theater bookings results, provide supplemental reports to CFO, conduct ad hoc analysis where needed, and audit External Results as necessary (10-Q, 10-K, etc.)
  • Support the Annual and Long Range Strategic Planning processes on Product Bookings. This includes providing trending analysis, working with the Region teams on forecast submissions, consolidating results, and driving overall guidance for the process


WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Your team provides Financial Planning & Analysis to WW Sales & Services FP&A executives, Sales leadership team and Corporate FP&A. They are responsible for handling overall product bookings, using analytics and financial modeling to explain and predict results.


You will be the single point of contact and Subject Matter Expert of Bookings within the Worldwide Sales & Services FP&A. This is a challenging and dynamic role in which you will manage 2 individuals who support a worldwide effort to build, develop, implement, and analyze Geographic and Worldwide Bookings trends within the business.

  • Very strong Excel and Financial Modeling

  • Analytical and problem solving
  • Project Management or Process Management

OUR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

  • 10+ years of related experience in the area of P&L Management, Business Strategy, Operations, and Finance
  • Very strong system and process knowledge
  • Previous management experience desired
