Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Join chipset off target implementation and debug from RF driver, L1, L2 or L3 perspective

Provide technical support and solution for issues reported from testing team and customer sites

Participate in Qualcomm 5G NR/LTE modem physical, high layer or multi-SIM software development design and implementation.

Required Qualifications (All are required upon entry)

• Solid C/C++ programming/debugging skills.
• Embedded software programming and debugging skills, including log analysis, crash debugging on real time operation system (RTOS).

• Good knowledge on TCP/IP protocol understanding.

• Solid knowledge of 5G NR/LTE standard, especially L1, L2(MAC, RLC, PDCP), L3(RRC), or NAS.
• Good understanding in radio frequency theory and wireless communication system architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of OFDM technology, random access, power control, system acquisition and measurement, physical channel mapping and timeline
• Experience of RF driver/software, especially transceiver driver, or 5G NR/LTE/WCDMA/TDSCDMA physical, high Layer or multi-SIM software design and implementation Commercialization experience
• Good understanding on wireless communication, Familiar with 3GPP standard

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

1+ years experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
