Your Role and Responsibilities

The Account Delivery Coordinator works as part of a matrixed client account team, responsible for managing the provision of client deliverables against specific client performance metrics and service levels. In this environment the ADC works directly with the IBM ADM, IBM Delivery Manager and interacts regularly with the vendor and the client directly.

The main duties of the Account Delivery Coordinator are:

  • Service Level Management (both Customer & Vendor Management)

  • Point Of Escalation for client Service Delivery issues

  • Involved in regular client operation/service meetings

  • Reporting on service level achievement including trend analysis

  • Issue Management

  • Customer Satisfaction Management

  • Comply with IBM Business and Project Controls

  • Prepare PIR (Post Incident Review) reporting

  • Work with Commercial Delivery Execs / Service Delivery Managers on service / process improvements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - able to negotiate with customers and vendors to achieve the right outcomes.

  • Advanced skills in Lotus and Microsoft Office products

  • Ability to work through problems/obstacles to get a desired result

  • Aptitude to learn the use of new software tools such as Brio and Cognos

  • Able to work under the pressure of deadlines - Service Levels

  • Able to multi task and meet deadlines
