Account Development Representative - Commercial Small Business

What youll do 

As an Account Development Representative (ADR), SMB at Duo, you will rally alongside a team of highly motivated ADRs to build a qualified pipeline of potential partners. This includes prospecting partners by phone, email, LinkedIn or whatever it takes to get them passionate about and engaged with Duo! You will not only be responsible for prospecting potential prospects but will also be expected to be a subject matter expert of all things Duo (since you will be the face of the company). In this role you will be supporting our small business customers; which we identify as companies with <500 employees.  

Dont worry though, were not hanging you out there to dry without support! We have tons of tools and training that will help set you up for success and keep you there, including: Sales Boot Camp, ongoing product training, lunch with our labs team (i.e. security experts), shadowing opportunities, and a stellar group that will cheer you on, all the way up to our CEO! 

 

Skills you have 

  • Any sales and or lead generation experience is a plus  

  • A Bachelor's degree 

  • Tenacity and a hunter mentality 

  • You are self-aware and open to trying new things 

  • You thrive on learning and welcome mentorship
