* Own the strategy planning & execution for the opportunities of the covered accounts. This involves having a comprehensive understanding of the customer landscape, Cisco internal environment. 
* Work with system engineer team to develop account coverage plan and execute to position Cisco value at the market and accounts. 
* Customer relationship building and retention. Contract development and negotiation, lead and collaborate with Cisco teams, channel and other alliance resources to ensure customer satisfaction and Cisco market share and growth at covered accounts. 
* Manage Complex sales process in order to drive Cisco product solution offerings. 
* Continuous learning to have comprehensive understanding of the market owning the new account development. 
* Able to frequent travel. 

* Minimum 10 years experience selling in a high technology and networking industry to service provider customers. 
* Strong and consistent sales performance track record in large complex deals especially in the Telco, Large Enterprises projects. 
* Knowledge of service provider market is a must. Knowledge in internet market is a plus. 
* Executive relationship management skills. 
* Demonstration of competence in using a variety of selling techniques: e.g., communication, presentation, negotiation, etc. 
* Working knowledge of Cisco core technologies and product/service. 
* Sound knowledge and experience in marketing complex IT solutions. 
* Must be aggressive self-starter and good at inter personal skills. 
* Good at English is a plus.
