Prudential Annuities develops, markets, and services an array of fixed and variable annuity products designed to help investors generate guaranteed income that they cannot outlive. This position is in the Annuities Actuarial Strategy and Analytics Team, which is responsible for:
 Analytics and research and development supporting strategic initiatives such as inforce management, regulatory changes, and new product initiatives.
 Partnering with corporate and annuities business partners to support coordination and prioritization of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Primary Responsibilities
 Support modeling and analysis of inforce management and strategic initiatives.
 Maintain and enhance analytical tools or approaches for understanding and solving business challenges.
 Interact with and collect / compile results from Annuities and Corporate partners.


         Actuarial exam progress with a degree in mathematics, actuarial science, finance, computer science, or other related quantitative fields
         Actuarial internship preferred
         Strong Excel and VBA programming skills. Experience with other actuarial software a plus (Moodys AXIS, MATLAB, etc)
         Knowledge of or exposure to programming and/or data visualization tools preferred, particularly Power BI, SQL, and Python
         Strong quantitative and analytical skills
         Good oral and written communication skills
         Ability to multi-task
