This particular position will support several Maryland area Districts.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;-\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E Schedule and coordinate appointments and make arrangements for meetings, conferences.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E Screen telephone calls and resolve or refer them as appropriate.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E Prepare routine letters, memorandums, agendas, presentations, forms, etc.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E Responsible for establishing and maintaining official documents\u0026nbsp;and files to ensure organization and accurate record keeping.\u003Cbr /\u003E Perform clerical duties such as typing, note taking, and managing daily mail to make certain that order is maintained within the office or department and documents are accurate.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E Maintain supervisor\u0027s/department\u0027s e-mail and voicemail correspondence to maintain adequate and timely communication.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003ENATURE AND SCOPE -\u003C/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E Typically reports to District Manager.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E This position has no direct reports.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E Typically has little contact outside workgroup.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E Typically, assignments vary and follow a few different procedures that allow choices from a few solutions.
