The purpose of your role as an Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our Phoenix office. Assist with accepting deliveries, new employee orientation, purchasing card allocation, payroll related tasks, and general administrative tasks. Answer and direct phone calls while providing excellent customer service.

What we're looking for in you
  • Prior experience providing customer service in a professional environment
  • Experience providing administration support to a group or division
  • Proficient use/understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask required, and willingness to assist with a wide variety of tasks as needed
  • Knowledge of construction and mechanical contracting preferred
