Your Role and Responsibilities
Our Advanced Analytics practice is seeking an experienced Go To Market Leader for business development and delivery of Advanced Analytical Solutions to Federal Defense clients in the United States.

Responsibilities include:
  • Business Development/Sales Executive: Selling and progressing solutions sales, including developing offerings, and driving sales strategy and execution
  • Innovation: Contributing to overall Federal Defense GTM pursuits and thought leadership within IBM
  • Collaboration: Working within the IBM matrix to establish solutions that leverage the depth and breadth of IBM
  • Resource Management & Delivery Oversight: Developing and overseeing IBM delivery resources, including career development and recruitment
This individual will need to have demonstrated ability to communicate with C-Suite executives, establishing credibility and trust with the ability to work in a highly matrixed organization.



Required Professional and Technical Expertise
  • At least 10 years experience driving pursuits in Federal Government, Department of Defense or Intel.
  • At least 8 years experience in Federal Defense leadership role (Director, VP level)
  • At least 5 years experience working in big data, data management, master data, and/or advanced analytics in Federal Defense
  • Proven ability to story-tell/describe the effective use of data/analytics in an Federal Defense context
  • At least 5 years track record of selling and closing $5 to $7M in sales per year
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Federal procurement practices and contract vehicles; understanding of/ability to work with lobbyists and business partners
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in progressing a pursuit from solution concept to design, and overseeing solutioning through delivery
  • Proven experience engaging in, and building relationships at the C-Suite level
  • Secret Security Clearance


Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Deep network of Federal Defense executive relationships (Director and above)
  • TS, TS/SCI Security Clearance
