Customer Communications Management COE is a Centralized team responsible for all outbound customer service communication and is on Zero Print aspirational journey to advance digital transformation, reduce costs and improve the customer experience.  The Analyst role will:



  • Manage a program of digital projects (digital payments and eDelivery) in support of the Enterprise 


  • Support the creation of digital roadmaps and strategies in support of the Enterprise. 


  • Ability to work with business partners and senior executives in a consultative way; helping them translate their business objectives into digital strategies. 


  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders. 


  • Ability to work with multi-skilled teams (i.e Technologists, PMs, Architects, etc) on projects that touch a range of technical platforms. 


  • Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, software build and change delivery 


  • Strong ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders 


  • An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen 


  • Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and at senior levels within the organization. 


  • Deep understanding of the Digital industry, the issues and opportunities its players face, in area such as technology, customer communications and business change. 

  • 5 years proven working experience; transactional print communications a plus


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred


  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities while working under tight timelines


  • Ability to influence peers, senior leaders and others who are not direct reports. Must have the ability to work across businesses/teams to gain buy-in and build consensus to deliver on objectives


  • Advanced time management, organizational and analytical skills


  • Excellent client-facing communication skills


  • Project Management experience is a plus
