The Analyst, Trading Operations role is the backbone to the trading team, supporting all operational aspects of campaign success. This role is ideal for someone whos looking for experience in media and data operations and has an affinity for increasing efficiency and outcomes by creating standardized processes. This role is perfect for someone whos just graduating college or has less than one year of professional working experience.

**About the job:**

Act as an operational and support layer for day-to-day tasks/projects for Trading Analysts.

Become expert in day-to-day quality control, issue resolution, and technical partner communications

Provide pre and post campaign support to internal teams, including Traders, Agency Partners, and Integrated Commercial teams

Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues

Author, edit, publish and maintain an online knowledge base of known questions/issues/solutions/strategies

Identify trader process gaps and document pain points for how to improve efficiency and solve for time.

Record, enrich and deliver product feedback through standardized process

Oversee timely QA of media campaigns across trading team

Work closely with internal teams to execute campaign tagging changes

Work with internal teams to troubleshoot creative or pixel-related questions

Analyze and quickly solve discrepancies between ad servers

Troubleshoot underdelivering and underperforming deal objects, liaising with the publisher technical teams and the internal traders

Manage data merge processes when joining multiple data sets from different 3rd party ad servers


**About your skills and experience:**


Must have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vLOOKUPs, etc.)

Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and incorporate feedback to improve workflows and processes

Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and a high proficiency in math

Able to prioritize work based on strategic value and manage multiple projects

Proficiency in breaking down complex technical problems into business solutions


Preferred:

0 - 1 years of professional experience with a bachelors degree

Knowledge of digital media buying and/or hands-on experience with programmatic buying platforms

Knowledge of SQL, but if you dont know it, well help you learn it here!
