The Analyzer Technician provides maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to analyzers (process, environmental, and safety)
|
||
Responsibilities Include: |
||
Perform Corrective and Preventive Maintenance on plant instrumentation and electrical equipment (4160 volts and below). Perform calibrations of instrumentation and testing of interlocks. Troubleshoot and repair instrument loops and electrical problems, and order/specify parts needed. Effectively use typical test and calibration equipment including pneumatic calibrators, digital and analog multi-meters, meggers, and laptops for equipment communication. Assist in the investigations of root causes of equipment failures. Document work performed in procedures and/or work packages as appropriate. Update equipment records and files in plant library as appropriate. Maintain portable measuring and test equipment, and electrical safety equipment in accordance with established requirements.

Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience: |
||
Degree or certification in an instrumentation or electrical related field Knowledge of OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) Working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
