About the Role

The AppDynamics Sales organization has a history of best-in-class productivity based on a great Sales methodology executed to perfection. To support this world-class team, we are looking for a Sales Ops Analyst to run the EMEA geography. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to own all Sales and Channel Operations in EMEA.

What You'll Do

      Be the go-to Business partner for Sales and Channel leaders across the European market

      Oversee and run the weekly EMEA forecast call, ensuring that the forecast is reflected accurately in our Sales tools.

      Review and manage account/ territory and quota assignments

      Support with quarterly business reviews

      Identify, plan and execute one-off projects to improve the Sales teams ease with which they can sell

      Have a business first focus when looking at how our policies and tools can be improved to help the Sales organization

Who You Are

      3 years experience in an Operations or Sales role for a Software company (preferred), preferably one with long, complex Sales cycles

      Understanding of selling through channel programs, sales process techniques and strategies

      Experience with MEDDIC and consultative selling

      Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven decision making

      Clear, concise communicator at ease in front of executives

      High degree of attention to detail
