You will be responsible for leading, developing, managing and growing a field sales team.

What You'll Do:

A highly visible and strategic role, the Regional Channels Director will own the overall channel plan for the UK&I Region, measured against revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing the channels team in UK&I region who are directly targeting existing partners, building a shared vision and partner plan, and driving program adoption and partner enablement leading to joint engagement in the field.

Who You Are:

You have a strong background in complex software sales and have consistently

overachieved against your targets.

You ideally have a proven track record of growing, developing and leading software

enterprise sales teams that smash quota, quarter on quarter.

You have significant experience with MEDDIC as a leading indicator driven sales


You demonstrate a true value based sales approach and have experience explaining

complex ROI models to C level customers.

Youre a pipeline generation master, expert in driving direct sales from first touch to


Youre ready to think differently, learn, and embrace new methodologies

You constantly look for solutions to problems, and how to solve business pains.

Youre a natural champion builder and go the extra mile to add real value.

Youre an entrepreneur - you run your patch like a business and know that owning your

own pipeline generation is fundamental to your success.

You dont cut corners, even with SFDC hygiene

You speak and write fluent English. Danish, Dutch, Swedish or Norwegian helpful but not required.
