Solution Architect Business Critical Services, Proactive Services Engine, CX Centers, CX
As a Solution Architect in the Business Critical Services engine team, you will partner with Global CX delivery teams, CX product management and engineering to influence new packaged offers based on customer knowledge, help develop new packaged offers and be a subject matter expert and lead enablement of delivery teams to help our customers globally. Through automation and innovation help improve customer experience as well as improve productivity and delivery effectiveness.
What You'll Do
Own technical requirements for new and existing Business Critical Services offer readiness from a delivery standpoint.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert and develop delivery methods, processes and technical training content to help meet the delivery readiness requirements for CX offers.
Identify, prioritize and execute on automation needs for the delivery organization. Develop detailed automation requirements for technology tools and delivery processes. Partner with other SMEs to execute on the automation roadmap.
Participate in services presales activities, review and creation, and position value of Cisco as part of a comprehensive outcome-based solution
Identify systemic issues across delivery and provide a solution to address these issues
Work with customers, partners and delivery teams and guide during the delivery of Business Critical Services to our customers.
Advisor, understand customer market and industry, identifies product and services growth opportunities
Creatively advocate current and emerging technologies solutions relevant to the customer success
Build & maintain key CX and customer partners relationships facilitating outstanding customer experience
Individual contributor, active community participant, mentor others and train and develop others.

Who You Are
Extensive technical knowledge of two technology domains plus one mile wide and one inch deep knowledge of other technical, operational & enterprise domains following a T shape model
Typically requires BE/B.Tech/MSC Computer Science or equivalent plus 10+ years of meaningful work experience in customer centric IT delivery roles
CCIE technical certification preferred, or 2 of CCNP, DevNet Pro, CX Technology Blue Belt or similar technical certification or equivalent skills
DevNet Specialist or equivalent understanding level of network and software automation/orchestration, microservices, containers, cloud, databases, open source, etc.
Good knowledge on Service Provider, IT and/or OT operations, security, governance & Enterprise Architecture (e.g. ITIL, COBIT5, TOGAF, CISSP, SecOps, etc)
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Excellent knowledge in one or more of the following technology areas: Security, Datacentre and Cloud and/or Service Provider, Software Automation Background, Experience in developing tools / automation assets is a plus. Prior technical consulting experience in Cisco solutions and technologies. Professional Services experience is preferred and more specifically knowledge and experience in Ciscos Business Critical Services is a big advantage.
