**Role Details**


Be responsible for routine, preventive maintenance and calibration work, ensure all the equipment and facilities work safely, efficiently and reliably.

**Responsibility scope**

**Maintenance work management**

+ Repair and maintain all kinds of equipment and facilities in the plant include production equipment, utility equipment (Boiler, HVAC, and Water treatment), laboratory equipment, and warehouse and so on. Response quickly to equipment breakdown; complete the preventive maintenance in time.

+ Support spare parts inventory management, optimize the inventory as well.

**Automation system management**

+ Manage and maintain the automation system in plant and make sure the status of them are good.

+ Support the management and maintenance of BMS, EMS and Utility system

+ Establish and maintain the management SOP of automation system and related system. Establish and maintain the automation system list.

+ Support the automation network building and maintenance.

**Project management**

+ S u pport the installation, commissioning, qualification of equipment.

+ Support the modification project of automation system and related system

+ support project construction by reviewing project plans, discussing with contractors/engineers/consultants and coordinating activities of team member involvement


+ Actively participate in safety and training activities in the company.

+ Other assignments

**Job requirements**


+ Bachelor degree or above in automation, instrument or electrical; At least 5 years related working experience.

**Special knowledge**

+ Familiar with GMP standard, the regulatory requirement and standards in Pharmaceutical industries

+ Familiar with PLC (such as Siemens, Rockwell ), HMI, SCADA, DCS etc.

+ Familiar with the automation network


+ Good integrity, responsibility and problem-solving skills.

+ Teamwork spirit, good communication and training abilities.

+ Fluent in English (spoken and written
