Auto req ID: 267015BR Job Description REPORTS TO: GM Administrative Supervisor ACCOUNTABILITY: Position is to manage day to day sales administrative accountabilities including daily audits of route documents including bank deposit preparations and update cashiering system TECHNICAL SKILLS: Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner Ability to verify deposits and prepare consolidated bank deposits daily Update the cashiering systems and analyze documents with customer-specific information Monitor email and phone calls; proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues Organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy Daily interaction with all Functional Teams Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material daily Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations Administer specific applications/time-bound processes within multiple programs (AP, CETS, CTS, ESC, ERT, SAP, Masterfile) Capable of creating customized actionable market reports using pivot tables, advanced formulas or macros Work on special projects as necessary LEADERSHIP BEHAVIORS: Demonstrate tact, highest integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for others, both internally and externally. Must be a strong team player and assist other department staff when necessary Willingness to learn and take on projects Ability to handle multiple changing priorities simultaneously n sometimes challenging situations and keeping management involved as needed MEASURES: Deliver Growth: Provide comprehensive support to the team to enable the delivery of plan and business priorities Create Efficiency: Meet SMART objectives to drive business results Drive Future Success: Support Management to provide them more time with front line Drive Cultural Change: Support Community projects Develop Others: Answer questions and deliver coaching & training Develop Self: Gain an understanding of Market/Location P&L #LI-USA Qualifications/Requirements 2+ year experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company Bachelor Degree preferred Detailed knowledge and experience n Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel Ability to become proficient n multiple IT applications Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgency Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills Discretion with sensitive information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills Respects & values differences act with integrity and operate with justice Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
