Associate Administrative Assistant
Auto req ID: 274051BR Job Description GENERAL SUMMARY: This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing administrative support to the St. Louis Hanley location, as well as the St. Louis market. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: Provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external customers in person and via email or telephone Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail for the location Serve as the first contact for all visitors coming to the facility and upholding all visitor policies and procedures Maintain the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) supplies and distribution Manage the Pepsi Direct customer service systems for the location and support the market for backfilling purposes Manage customer payments and retain all appropriate documentation Manage the Apple devices for the market Assist in order entries and edits as needed Serve as the primary back-up for customer invoice creations Assist in conference room scheduling Provide additional administrative support for location and/or market as assigned.
