Associate Business Development Representative - ATLANTA, GA:

We created the first treatment program specifically designed to meet the requirements of physicians suffering from the disease of addiction. Everything we do is designed to support recovery in a comprehensive way, addressing the needs of the whole personphysically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Job Requirements

Talbott Recovery is currently seeking a dynamic and talented Associate Business Development Representative for our Georgia market, to establish and cultivate an extensive professional referral network. The successful individual will have a high level of documented success selling in the healthcare, psychology, communications, or addictions industries, as well as strong connections with our referral sources. This ideal person will have 2-3 years experience in an outside business development role, be able to understand and address performance metrics with comfort and ease and have an already established network of contacts in the designated sales territory.

Key Responsibilities include:

Exceeds company performance targets by establishing influence in diverse market segments including, but not limited to young adults in the Atlanta area in need of our services

Establishes and cultivates an extensive professional referral network within the assigned territory.

Generates new referring accounts through effective qualifying and prospecting while maintaining productivity with existing client base.

Facilitates and maintains effective activity levels for the following: communication with the facility staff regarding outreach and business development updates, weekly facility tours, event organization conference attendance, and all appropriate follow-up.

Promotes events in a manner that draws new prospects to Talbott Recovery Campus and effectively and systematically follows up and maximizes opportunity stemming from event participation.

Route sales calls to maximize time and travel expenses, meet guidelines for sales activity expectations, and ensure prospects and clients are seen/contacted on a regular basis in a meaningful way.

Develops, plans, organizes and implements special events in support of the territory strategies and tactics specific to residential, outpatient, and market segment components.

Coordinates with facility director(s) to create bsuiness development plans specific to each Talbott facility in assigned territory.

Logs all sales activities daily in appropriate software.

Prepares and executes strategic business plans for new and assigned accounts to fully develop referral potential.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Position Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in a behavioral health, psychology or a related field is preferred.
  • Able to travel 60% - 70% of the time
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must possess 2-3 years experience in an outside business development role
  • Must have experience in account development and proven ability to close sales.
  • Experience in addictions, dually diagnosed/co-occurring disorders for young adults preferred
  • Proficient computer skills (e.g. MS Office, Outlook, Excel, CRM software)
