The Associate-Cybersecurity is part of a 24x7x365 SOC Team that consists of analysts from AT&Ts Cybersecurity division. They monitor customer networks and systems to identify and respond to potential threats and risks. The team maintains various Cybersecurity certifications, analyzes Internet activity for leading indicators of security events, and continuously researches new exploit vectors


Key Roles and Responsibilities

The SOC is supported by a multi-tiered Analyst team. All Tier levels support the service 24x7, hours are shift based and may as business needs. The Tier 1 Analysts provide primary coverage for conducting the initial assessment of Alarms following a thorough set of best practice analyses. They manage customer escalations and Investigations following each customers Incident Response Plan procedures.

Experience:

Education:

Bachelor of science degree in the field of computer science, Ccomputer engineering, information technology, or Cybersecurity.
