Job Description

-This role is 80% operational and 20% strategy
-Lead a team (internal and/or external) responsible for executing customer engagement campaigns within their specified channel
-Deployment and execution in emails and oversight of the creative services and print.
-Support the Brand Engagement team in raising awareness and understanding of channel best practices across products and business units
-Oversee assigned channel platform operational readiness by working with business, cross-functional partners, IT and service providers to confirm campaign tools are fully functional
-Manages relationships with channel execution service providers and sets and manages service level expectations
-Take the lead in identifying and resolving campaign delivery issues
-Work with Analytics Team to establish core metrics and optimization for respective channels
-Assesses operational performance, determine best practices and facilitate continuous process improvement to maximize efficiency
-Collaborates with iMCM leadership to scope and implement new marketing capabilities
Support the iMCM Engagement Leads in the identification of channel innovation and investment opportunities
-Reviews tactic requirements developed by Brands, iMCM Engagement Leads and Project Managers
-Monitor performance of channel specific external service providers
-Oversees the production of print marketing materials

Qualifications

7+ years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
2+ years working in Sales Force
Executional experience in a Multi-Channel marketing
Experience in Marketing and IT
Execution in email, print and creative services
Experience in digital marketing environment
Knowledge of cross channel execution and best practices
