"As part of the OptumRx Product & Strategy team, the Associate Director, OptumRx Market Strategywill lead go-to-market efforts for new OptumRx products, working to advance the position of OptumRx in the market, specifically with the benefit consultant community and brokers. In this role, you will work on commercializing OptumRxs most innovative and transformational products. In partnership with the product development team, you will craft strategies for new business models and pricing constructs that align incentives, drive adoption, and create new revenue streams. You will need to develop and then execute on the product launch strategy to create market demand and gain buy-in consultants and strategic partners. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end market launch planning and execution, value proposition refinement, pricing construct & financial model development, and leading deep-dive reviews of the product, including related pricing terms, with consultants and market partners.

"The work requires a financial background with experience in PBM financial models and evaluations, strong verbal and written communication skills including developing strategic product positioning, presenting to external and internal stakeholders, and building external-facing materials. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • ""
  • 2+ years of pharmacy benefits consulting experience with direct exposure to financial modeling, bid evaluation and client interaction
  • ""
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • ""
  • Ability to travel for client meetings as required
  • ""
