This person will contribute to the day-to-day management of these investments, budget allocation and make necessary adjustments, implementing campaign optimizations. The Associate Paid Media Manager will understand bidding strategies, manage campaign efficiency and keyword performance, as well as have the ability to forecast results based on historical trends, seasonality and overall expertise. They will deliver ongoing recommendations and updates to improve performance relative to KPIs. This responsibility includes not only executing the previously agreed upon plans, revising as necessary, but also requires a high level of critical and data-driven thinking skills in order to identify opportunities. This person has the ability to communicate and justify any changes to the broader media, analytics and merchandising teams. The ability to evaluate data and provide insights also a prerequisite for success given the complexity of the multiple data sources used in the decision making process. Thinks outside of the current day to day environment to create a vision of what the future looks like in media platforms and emerging technologies\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDirect experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and bid management platforms (Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, Marin).
