IBM is developing a world-class Talent & Transformation Consulting practice as leading enterprise trusted digital transformation partner and we are hiring the best talent in the industry.IBM Global Business Services is looking for talented and highly motivated, strategy consultant to join our Talent & Transformation consulting practice focus on Talent and HR strategy. As a Associate Partner, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working with CEO, CHRO and the broader C-Suite to define how best optimize its Talent model at the enterprise level can enable disruptive strategies and create business value. You will drive Talent transformation principles, which include its overall Talent model design/optimization, or key business value creation areas such as HR Service Delivery Model design, Digital Technology for HR and Talent Practice, Talent Reinvention Strategy, etc, at the enterprise level within large enterprise programs spanning geographies and touching tens of thousands of employees.
This role works with senior leaders of our clients who want to implement and reinvent its HR and Talent practice. You must have both HR/strategy expertise and the ability to lead, mentor and coach at all levels through to the C-Suite. Successful candidates will have direct evidence of leading multi-year HR transformations within a large enterprise.

Responsibility:
  1. Provide professional and business leadership for HR / Talent strategy practice under Talent & Transformation Innovation Unit in Great China Group, generating USD 5m to 10m a year in signing and revenue
  2. Grow the Talent & Transformation strategy practice capability, am to grow the team to 50+ practitioners by end of 2020
  3. Lead large consulting engagements and drive enterprise transformation at the strategic level. You must have direct experience presenting to the C-Suite.
  4. Identify the enterprise needs of our clients and craft a compelling value proposition that describes the approach, the client value
  5. Identify new opportunities and manage relationships with current client Executive to drive new business.
  6. Perform Coaching at the team and executive level
  7. Ensure the Talent & Transformation strategy practice focuses on IBM's priority clients and on projects generating downstream opportunities for IBM
  8. Work actively with the Global and GCG service line to leverage global experience, methods and community to provide IBM client end to end digital transformation service.
Requirement :
  1. At least 15 years experience of business and HR strategy consulting experience
  2. Experience of building and leading a strategic consulting practice or team
  3. Experience of developing running a service business of USD5 to 10m a year
  4. Lead large consulting engagements and drive enterprise transformation at the strategic level. You must have direct experience presenting to the C-Suite.
  5. Understanding of and insights into the impact of digital technologies / digital transformation
  6. Identify the enterprise needs of our clients and craft a compelling value proposition that describes the approach, the client value proposition and the unique value of IBM.
  7. Excellent communications skills orally and in writing, able to craft and deliver great presentations in English, Cantonese or Mandarin an advantage
  8. Personal eminence - a recognized subject matter expertise in their area including in social media.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  • Master's Degree strongly preferred
  • 10 years of experience working for a top HR and strategy consulting firm developing HR and Talent strategies for clients or equivalent experience.
