JOB FUNCTIONS:1. Performs activities such as blending beverages, documenting ingredients, handling raw materials, creating material usage reports, completing CIP for all blend tanks, sanitizing all tanks, operates weigh scales and unloads tankers2. Operates and monitors machinery used in the production process3. Verifies conformance to quality standards at all levels (raw, finished, ingredients, storage and transportation conditions)4. Performs autonomous maintenance activities such as preventative maintenance, lubrication, center lining, 5s and defect identification, sources of contamination, etc.5. Maintains good manufacturing practices, housekeeping standards and safety precautions 6. Participate in periodical activities such assisting with the cycle counts and physical inventories7. Performs duties and responsibilities within the guidelines of plant's programs and initiatives i.e., SFTPM8. All other duties as assigned by management
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Minimum 1 year recent work experience in a manufacturing facility, food production preferred
3. Knowledge of basic math and problem solving
4. Must have basic computing skills to operate and interface with manufacturing software
5. Ability to listen, understand and communicate written and verbal information and ideas
6. Ability to operate equipment and machines in an industrial environment
7. Ability to perform work within established guidelines i.e., in a safe matter
8. Ability to work independently and in teams
9. Ability to work any shift and overtime
10. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
11. Basic knowledge of liquid transport systems such as valve matrix, pumps and pressurized vessels
12. Forklift certified
