CX Product Manager (Delivery)

What You'll Do

Customer Experience (CX) is seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about solving problems and driving effective, innovative, and scalable service solutions. This individual will build delivery strategies and define the delivery requirements for our services portfolio. They will own, drive, and create extraordinary experiences throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, continuously demonstrating strategic & analytical abilities, and brings a successful history of leading and managing services delivery. In this role, you will partner with diverse cross-functional teams to lead, execute, and define delivery requirements. You thrive in a geographically dispersed matrix environment, where success is dependent on your ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to establish priorities and drive success in a positive, productive, and transparent way.

Additional responsibilities

  • Define service delivery vision, strategy, and processes by working with cross-functional teams (CX Product Management, CX delivery organizations, partners programs, and more).
  • Specify detailed service requirements, scope, management, and measurement criteria to ensure the delivery and business goals are met.
  • Think strategically and creatively to capture CX Delivery, Sales, and customer feedback.
  • Drive product development & backlog to build end-to-end solutions with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
  • Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders to communicate Analytics & Automation features vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact.
  • Change management leading to the creation of artifacts, documents and other collateral supporting delivery capabilities included in service offers.
  • Understand costing and financial drivers as related to delivery needs.
  • Relevant experience in scoping, quoting, sales support for services.

Who You Are

  • BA/BS (MBA preferred) or equivalent and extensive experience in service delivery management.
  • 10+ years relevant service delivery management and/or project management experience.
  • 2+ years product management or product development experience identifying enhancements and efficiencies for existing requirements and processes.
  • Experience leading customer service delivery, managing technical delivery teams, and understanding service delivery management to collect requirements, identify needs and deficiencies, and define continuous improvement.
  • Experience with service partner management and support processes and delivery collaboration among multiple teams.
  • Cultivate an executive presence and bring a strong mix of product management, project management, and customer experience specific acumen coupled with strategic vision and flawless execution.
  • Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive decisions with various sized customer stakeholder groups.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, unfazed by technical detail, and committed to flawless execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Standout colleague; ability to interface and build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience using Agile Methodologies and Tools.
