**Senior retail KA manager**

**Job description**

**1.Develop strategy**

Comprehend the company's business development goals, formulate strategic cooperation goals for key chain customers at the national level, ensure the effective implementation of relevant strategies, collect and feed back market and industry information in a timely manner, provide advice and reference for leadership decisions;

2. **Achieve business goal**

Complete the annual sales target of the company's products in the retail KA market, reach strategic cooperation plans, ensure that the growth rate is higher than the industry level;

3. **Account management**

+ Formulate retail KA customer management strategy;

+ Visit key chain customers regularly and efficiently, and establish strategic partnership with national key chain customers;

+ Build a retail KA customer management system, analyze the current development characteristics of customers, form a retail KA customer development report. Obtain and analyze KA customer data, establish / update KA structure according to the company's business development. Regularly conduct customer business reviews, coordinate internal resources based on regional customer management characteristics to promote KA customer business output;

+ Form customer expense management mechanisms and methods, optimize and adjust them at any time according to budget usage;

+ Establish a customer file maintenance process and maintain it regularly

4. **Project management**

+ Through innovative projects to maximize the development of retail business;

+ Promote the effective implementation of the retail KA strategy in the project, collect information during the follow-up process, timely discover successful experience / obstacles, promote project optimization to ensure smooth and efficient implementation.

**Ensure compliance**

**Applicant requirements**

Bachelor degree or above

More than five years of retail management experience in pharmaceutical industry

More than three years of national KA customer management experience;

Excellent teamwork spirit;

Good data analysis ability;

Excellent communicating, planning, establishing and problem solving skills;

Good at self-motivation, self-challenge and pressure management.
