IBM Global Technology Services Switzland is looking for a high-performing
Brand Client Representative - GTS Infrastructure Services (SCR).

As Brand Client Representative you are responsible for the total client relationship with one strategic or several important GTS clients. You plan and execute an effective relationship strategy and maintain effective long-term business relationships at the senior level with key decision makers and influencers. In addition, you identify and prioritize opportunities, focusing on innovation and on demand business; develop solutions strategies; and engage in consultative solution selling, involving business partners and influencers as appropriate. Furthermore, you serve as the integrator of GTS before the client. You plan and facilitate and/or conduct complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments and are responsible for developing an effective account plan. And you are responsible for revenue, wallet share, and client satisfaction in assigned accounts.

We are looking for a candidate with/which is
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • superior organizational, problem solving, and time management abilities
  • thorough and analytical, with capability to apply logic to solve problems
  • passionate about providing solutions to challenging problems
  • passionate about leadership

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 10-15 years of service sales experience
  • 5-10 years Industry expertise preferable Banking and / or Insurance Industry
  • Profound market and industry know-how, deep understanding of the impact of the digitalization to the customer business
  • Experienced in opportunity creation and -shaping; Deep understanding of the impact of swiss specific regulation in the financial services market (eg FINMA)
  • Access and proven relationship to clients on CXO level and other relevant stakeholder in the ecosystem
  • Advanced Business Development and Negotiation skills, able to create compelling business cases in and the clients IT and Business organizations
  • Advanced skills in consultative selling
  • Fluent in German and English language
