What You'll Do

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be a Global Process Manager for the Software as a Service business within Sales Incentive Operations at Cisco. You must have a strong knowledge in SaaS booking and compensation policies as well as goal to commissions policies, processes and systems. Our goal is to transform operations using AI and ML, design operations to support Annual and Renewals and to have a metrics driven proactive operation. You will continue to build and foster strong partnerships and work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver these goals.

Your role will include the following:

A deep expertise in the service with solid understanding of business and operational processes of the service.

Creates & maintains detailed process documentation and cross-functional process flows.

Ensures process consistency across GEOs; Drive opportunities for process optimization.

Accountable for coming up with system and tool capability requirements that improve seller experience.

Accountable for coming up with areas of operational process improvement and standardization and clear articulation of the value.

Accountable for driving the implementation of process improvement and standardization initiatives.

Build and leverage cross-functional relationships to drive delivery of improvements and standardization.

Actively partner with SaaS Operations and SIOS to improve processes and standardization.

Interacts with and advises stakeholders and consumers of the process.

Define and handle KPIs, metrics and dashboards.

Choose vendors to deliver service and own SOW and budgets.

Document and track case history, case status and solutions.

Contribute to ongoing knowledge documentation and training on a regular basis.

Who You'll Work With

To help achieve this you will work with multi-functional teams including Sales, Finance, HR, IT and other teams in Operations to resolve issues that are impacting bookings and commissions.

Who You Are

You are a curious, proactive, inquisitive, energetic and detail oriented critical problem solver who is motivated by investigating and resolving complex issues.

He/she will also demonstrate a strong process optimization focus and a propensity for execution to deliver measurable results, tied to business objectives.

Essential skills include the following;

Analytical Skills: Ability to manipulate and draw conclusions from large amounts of data. Ability to take knowledge gained in one case and apply it in a different situation.

Independence: You must be able to work independently and in a group setting. Though part of a larger team who can consult on cases, you could be expected to perform 75% of their work without assistance or supervision.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communications skills. You must be able to translate your findings so that complex issues can be easily understood.

Customer Service: You must be comfortable handling Cisco Seller's expectations and communicating both positive and negative outcomes clearly, respectfully and in a timely manner.

Reconciliation: You must be an intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Excel. You will use pivot tables and v-lookups daily, and other formulas as-needed. You must be able to use Excel data as evidence of your findings.

Critical Thinking: You will need to look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings and make recommendations when appropriate.

Math Skills: You should be very proficient and very comfortable with algebra, percentages, and mathematical formulas.
