What You'll Do  

You will function in a Global Territory Management Business Development role through exercising four key principles:  

       Strategic focus & Exectution

       Data driven decision-making & Program Management

       Forming objective views and ways to support/scale deliverables

       Risk Mitigation on a programmatic level.

 

Your key function will be enabling the execution of the Global Service Logistics & Operations (GSLO) strategy from the Delivery Enablement team, with close collaboration with EMEAR, APAC and Japan. This will require creating an operational environment for your business partners and the organization, including operational enablement through standard offers, processes, methodologies, tools and systems that support strategy execution, achieve business targets and ensure the smooth operation of the business.  

 

You will be required to deliver on the following:  

       Build and Manange complex programs for large set of internal stakeholders to support the Services and Sales business to ensure business execution and alignment of processes, systems and tools 

       Deliver business outcomes that enable customer experience, customer success and service delivery performance for our largest, most critical, and most challenging customers 

       Use a data driven approach to create innovative ways to digitise business performance and identify root causes of problems, as well as support and scale the change management program to implement the future state 

       Develop methodologies to help implement, drive adoption and scale to a Global level

       Manage and mitigate risk to the supply chain through ongoing and recurring optimization efforts with internal business partners. 

       Participate as a contributing member of the Delivery Enablement team to provide both strategic (forward-looking) and tactical business insight and consulting to drive profitable growth and operational excellence 

 

 

Who You'll Work With  

You will operate effectively across a matrix organization that spans the CX Lifecycle. You will work closely with your counterparts in other parts of Service Logistics & Operations theaters to represent GSLO to other key partners CX leadership, Finance, Legal, Product Management, and Sales operations. Your ability to lead virtual extended teams will be critical to your success.  

 

Who You Are  

You have a strong business and customer orientation with knowledge and understanding of supply chain, IT industry environment and business needs. You are a self-started that feels comfortable with ambiguity. You are passionate and experienced with Program Management and are a keen developer of best practices. You have strong operational management skills with good interpersonal skills and are able to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and demonstrate the leadership skills required to create and communicate the C-Suite vision for the services operations role. You possess strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present information clearly and succinctly along with the demonstrable ability to be objective through active listening; always striving for the best outcome for the business. You are able to recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement and represent complex ideas in a simple, easy to understand manner to a variety of audiences

 

Our minimum requirements are the following:  

       5+ years' demonstrated ability and proven success in professional services operations, financial analysis roles within a high technology environment 

       Solid grasp of the Consulting and Professional Services Practice, and how the business works 

       Deep understanding of supply chain operations and client methodologies, process management and formulation of policies, programs, plans and systems to meet commitments 

       Experience in financial analysis and analytics with respect to risk management 

       Direct experience in leading effectively in a complex, matrix organizational environment 

       Experience/expertise in the GSLO business is recommended but not required
