Positions in this function may also be responsible for quality reporting, analysis and audits, and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools

  • Processing banking financial transactions and tax-related corrections
  • ""
  • Reconciling internal accounts
  • ""
  • Researching complex customer issues
  • ""
  • Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while dealing with sensitive information and situations

Requirements:

    ""
  • High School diploma / GED or higher
  • ""
  • 1+ years of Banking, Financial Transactions or equivalent college education in related field
  • ""
  • Understanding and experience with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook (Ability to create, edit, save)
  • ""
  • Proficient with computer data entry; keyboarding and ten-key.
  • ""
  • Experience balancing transactions, researching check payments, processing transactions on accounts
  • ""
  • Understanding of balancing of debits/credits on internal accounts
  • ""
  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location.
  • ""
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas, In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.

  • 6+ months experience working with Health Savings Accounts
