Central GA Director /


This position develops central public affairs and policy strategic target and tenet, focus on strategies of drug price, tending relevant policies, establish and maintain governmental communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated plan covers full spectrum of activities needed to achieve revenue-optimal central public affairs and policy strategic target; Understanding the updating healthcare policies, creating good external circumstance and implement action plans to support company's core business. Ensure all the business activities are in line with government regulations and Pfizer core values.


Establish the communication platform with governmental agencies and stakeholders

+ Maintain the long-term communication with governmental agencies and enhance corporate image.

+ Master the administration procedures and project process of government agencies;

+ Implement projects in areas of policy analysis and healthcare development.Timely monitor the policy trend of national healthcare reform

+ Master the progress of China's healthcare reform, understand relevant policies;

+ Analyze the policy impact on company business and provide recommendation for LT decision making.Support BU objectives

+ Understand bidding strategies, negotiation mechanism and access as well as implementation of action plans.

+ Ensure to maintain the stability of price;Unite company internal resources and support cross-functional BUs

+ Maintain good cross-functional communications, provide professional guidance to support business objectives;

+ Understand crisis management mechanism and coordinate cross-functional BUs to handle the crisis.Create favorable external environment for business development

+ Actively participate activities of pharmaceutical industries; leverage the platform of RDPAC and other associations to create positive external environment for companies.Team work

+ Take advantage of teamwork;

+ University degree or above, major in public health, medical or related areas is preferred.

+ Minimum 15 years of working experience in multinational companies or relevant government offices.

+ Proven ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders.
