Were looking for a well-organized candidate with Change management skills to maintain CAB meetings, reports and tracking sheets in Sharepoint. Candidates with good documentation skills using Excel / PowerPoint will add more value to the expected role. Excellent tools handling skills required to maintain dashboards using multiple dashboard tools (Which may include Tableau, Looker, Power Bi etc.). Willingness to switch shifts as per business demands. Candidate should posses good analytical skills to manage data from multiple teams


Change Management Analyst with 6+ yrs experience overall.

Assist with day to day change management processes

Manage Release Change Control Board processes tracking, Excel/dashboard maintenance/cleanup, meeting notes, team follow ups

Good understanding of release components and ability to summarize at an executive level

Tools knowledge/experience: TSpace, SharePoint, PowerBI, Excel, Jira

Ability to challenge existing processes to identify opportunities to apply Agile thinking

Strong written & verbal communication skills

Evening availability


Education Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
