Your Role and Responsibilities
Your Roles & Responsibilities will be:

-
Partner Relationship development and management
- Business development with selected partners (eg.XaaS or ISVs)
- Partner enablement with IBM technologies and product
- Drive IBM revenue growth by IBM product, solution, technology and services selling through partners




Required Professional and Technical Expertise
Expect that you have :
  • Bachelor's Degree or above
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both in Chinese and English
  • Excellent selling and presentation skills.
Nice to have :
  • System integration or Software or Cloud sales experiences(direct or indirect)
  • Large partner or customer coverage experience and collaboration skills
Expect that you are :
  • Proactive sefl-starte
  • Dynamic with high energy levels, competitive, persistent, creative
