Your Role and Responsibilities
The IBM Client Executive for Commercial is at the forefront of the client experience, with a passion for making IBM essential to our clients. You will be responsible for leading IBM's relationship with multiple clients and span everything from co-ordinating IBM sales activities (such as Account Planning, Opportunity Identification, Deal Management and Forecasting) through to ensuring service delivery excellence in all aspects of a client's relationship with IBM. Leading by example, the successful candidate will demonstrate an excellent understanding of IBM's strategic imperatives, and be able to articulate their relevance to both a client's strategy and the wider industry context. You must be able to show examples of where you have used your understanding of a given industry to inform and elevate your client interaction. Able to work at all levels of a client from CxO down, proven communication, presentation and storytelling skills are a must - demonstrable experience in producing and delivering "contemporary IBM" content to clients is also desired. Internally, the Client Executive role requires broad experience of the IBM landscape and Eco System; you will be able to show experience of working with multiple IBM busines units, joining, building and leading cross-functional teams as necessary to ensure successful project execution. Underpinning this is a professional and structured approach to your work - you will have a clear understanding of how to engage with clients, identify opportunities and then manage those opportunities (internally and client-side) to closure.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Delivers Client Excellence, managing and coordinating IBM, an excellent understanding of "Contemporary IBM", Client Influence, Digital Selling, Eco-system territory understanding.
Must posses a good understanding of IBM Strategic Imperatives and how they are relevant to the T&T Industry.
IBM Sales School completed.
No specific number of years required - this can be a developmental role

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge of any Industrial businesses and managing a territory ecosystem approach - Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics, Construction, Manufacturing - and an ability to talk passionately about Digital transformation across these industries
