*What Youll Do:*

As a Client Performance Analyst you will be responsible for providing critical analytical support that helps Cox Automotives largest and most complex dealer group clients create strategies for all facets of their group and rooftops. You will accomplish this by collaborating with the Enterprise Dealer Mobility Solutions (EDMS) team and peers to identify project requirements, define/source KPIs, analyze performance trends, highlight data driven insights and enrich client presentations with data visualizations.


You will be responsible for helping translate high-level questions into actionable recommendations and finding new ways to leverage data as the Analyst regularly interacts with and responds to key stakeholders ad hoc requests. On occasion, you will interface directly with clients to gain an understanding of their strategy/objectives that will help the team build customized analytical solutions addressing the clients specific needs.





*Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:*



* Gather and organize data to develop key insights that can be leveraged to make performance recommendations during client conversations and presentations.

* Assist with creating, maintaining and enhancing consistent and repeatable datasets that support the EDMS teams ability to enrich their clients experience, leveraging AWS environment and any code/logic that currently exists.

* Use a combination of data-based and visual story telling (PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) skills to help the team communicate insightful analyses quickly and accurately.

* Gather, analyze and synthesize both client and Cox Automotive data across all areas of the clients business highlighting client performance against KPIs and industry benchmarks.

* Seek out new ways to leverage client and Cox Automotive data to unlock value and performance recommendations for dealer group clients.

* Translate complex business challenges into simple communications/client stories.

* Partner with analytic peers across Cox Automotive to deliver a seamless view of client including performance and solution adoption information.

* Prioritize, escalate and deliver on work using a logical and methodical process.

* Continuous learning and training to stay current on industry trends and data analytic innovations including capabilities to translate metrics into usable client insights.

Qualifications: *Heres what were looking for:*

Required:




* Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.



Preferred:




* 3+ years of direct experience with analytics, data mining, statistical modeling, data visualization, and reporting

* Preferred Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering or like discipline.

* Statistics experience / experience in descriptive, exploratory, inferential, predictive and causal analysis.

* DBMS/Query Tools such as Snowflake, SQL Developer, SQL Navigator, etc.

* Databases experience such as Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift.

* Experience with SQL is a must, Python/pandas preferred.

* Experience with cloud environments, specifically AWS, is strongly preferred.

* Knowledge of BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx).

* Salesforce experience is a plus.
