Cisco seeks a Client Service Manager to join its sales organization. This is a classic sales position focused on selling the value of Cisco people and the services they provide. The ideal candidate has account planning experience, is comfortable with executive level communication, and has an atitude for translating intangibles into quantifiable business value outcomes. This is a great opportunity to apply your sales skills in a services business area that is quickly growing as a key component in Cisco's success as a leader in its industry. Uses a strong understanding of networking product applications, network management techniques, and service strategies to develop high availability support solutions for large, mission critical networks.   
Who You'll Work WithWorking with Customer, Cisco CX, Product Teams and Partners, you will build on your understanding of customer needs, develop solutions for addressing those needs and delivering value, and execute on key opportunities to increase sales of Cisco Services. Who You Are If you love selling in a changing environment, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals though strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders, we have a place for you. Our minimum requirements for this role: Service Sales past achievements, strategic planning, customer/partner relations and retention, contract development and negotiation, support operations and business management. Ability to work with territory sales organization, systems engineers, quality, customer advocacy support groups and consulting engineering. Team player with practical experience in managing by influence. 8 -10 years of field based customer service and sales experience/exposure in a high technology environment (networking preferred), managing large Enterprise Accounts and Public Sector Accounts o Degree (MBA preferred). o Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills. o Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential. General understanding of legal contracts. Organized and self-motivated.
