As a Care Coordination Clinical Consulting Director, you will work closely with health system leaders to drive the execution of their highest priority initiatives. You will be responsible for developing strategies to solve complex business problems and managing the execution of large scale projects and programs.


The ideal candidate for this role must be passionate about driving improvements in performance, effective at working in a fast-paced, high energy environment and confident in their interactions with senior leaders, providers, and business partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Act in a management consultant role to help clients understand and solve their unique operational and technology challenges
  • Seek out and develop new business while developing effective statements of work
  • Identify client needs and tailor sales messages and benefits accordingly
  • Effectively build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Providing leadership to project teams and direct reports to include coaching, counseling, performance review, conflict resolution, staffing
  • Create a team oriented work climate that enables professional development and encourages creative solutions and strategies
  • Mentoring and guiding onsite consultants

Program / Project Execution:

  • Structure complex business problems into project frameworks that can be analyzed and solved
  • Research and apply critical thinking to industry trends, competitor dynamics and current events to provide relevant business insights
  • Direct responsibility for the oversight, hands on participation, and delivery of large scale projects/programs. Large scale programs are defined as high cost, high complexity and/or high risk
  • Build consensus amongst client stakeholders who play a critical key role in the  ability to successfully implement the identified solutions
  • Lead consulting teams to accurately diagnose the issues the client has identified (as well as underlying issues), and determine the appropriate solutions that will lead the client to achieve best practice performance.
  • Support the management of resources within multiple projects/programs
  • Provide status updates and review of projects/programs to senior leadership
  • Provide strategic input to the development of project/program roadmap and timelines
