  • Develop and lead effective strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.
  • ""
  • Identify and develop clinical programs to drive quality and affordability based on clinical trends and analytics.
  • ""
  • Provide implementation support, measurement standards, and revisions as needed to incorporate innovation and best practices and prove outcomes.
  • ""
  • Present strategy, supporting initiatives, performance indicators, and forecasted outcomes to senior leadership.
  • ""
  • Statistical measurement of program outcomes

Required Qualifications:
""
    ""
  • Undergraduate degree
  • ""
  • 5+ years' experience in Neuro, Orthopedic, and Spine clinical program design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation in either an insurance or provider setting
  • ""
  • 5+ years' experience in health care insurance, knowledge of insurance clinical care system design, knowledge of prior auth and claims processes
  • ""
  • 3+ years' experience in health services research
  • ""
  • Mastery in analytical review, ability to read, interpret, and report analytical data
  • ""
  • Excellent written technical and clinical communication skills
  • ""
  • Excellent oral communication including ability to facilitate meetings across all levels of the organization and provide executive level updates
  • ""
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • ""
  • Company thought leader
  • ""
  • Broad business approach
  • ""
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clinical background a plus

  • MPH or Master's degree in related field
