Cloud Dev/Ops Support

Responsible
for all Cloud production releases, environment management, production support
(monitoring KPIs and alerts ), defect management, cost saving strategy( to fine tune specific AWS
services), build automation and reduce testing cycle etc.


Will
manage a team of production support resources


Coordinating
Production Support impact analysis across platforms for new and/or enhanced
solutions.


Strong
understanding of web servers and database concepts

ability to understand and architect solutions for production support activities


Experience
in AWS a plus Roles & Responsibilities Primary point of contact for
offshore and Onshore teams for day to day operations.


Experience with other cloud providers
like Azure , IBM, Google will be considered.


5years experience in managing Cloud systems


Experience
in AWS is highly desired


3years of managing a production support team, or equivalent team


Bachelor's
Degree

and Written)
