What Youll Do 
We are currently looking for hiring a Collaboration Sales Specialist to support our end to end SaaS Collaboration portfolio in Ukraine and across CIS region (Commonwealth of Independent States). The Sales Specialist will develop and manage the Collaboration sales and strategy which will meet or exceed bookings targets. Strong ability to collaborate with Customers, Partners, Account teams, Services, Customer Experience  and other Organizations is vital for success. The Collaboration Sales Specialists primary target is to drive near and long term Collaboration Solution recuring revenue and build future pipeline working both on tactical and strategic level on accounts in the region.

As a Collaboration Sales Specialist, youll play a vital role in the success of the Cisco Field Sales and Collaboration Technology Group by:
  • Building the sales growth plan for Collaboration Solutions for the region with the account teams
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships with IT, executives, HR, training, sales and procurement.  
  • Selling the full suite of our Cloud Collaboration products, software, solutions, and services to new and existing customers.  
  • Building Cisco's relevance in delivering Cloud Collaboration Experiences - solution development, partner ecosystem, marketing, etc.  
  • Leading and orchestrating Cisco and Partner resources to identify & qualify opportunities, close engagements to achieve product and services bookings targets.  
  • Developing & presenting compelling business cases to customers, maintaining expert-level knowledge of all elements of the business case, including the drivers of cost, benefit and risk.  
  • Partnering closely with Engineers/Architects to align the technology architecture to the customer's desired business outcome and ensure customer success by orchestrating resources to assist the customer in realizing the full value of their technology investment.  
  • Sharing detailed execution plans and progress with field leadership and account teams.  
  • Improving Cisco's solution portfolio over time. As you meet with customers you get to suggest improvements that ensure our customers continue to love what you sell.  
  • Providing sales forecasting and visibility into sales activity by keeping a current pipeline using Cisco forecasting tools.

Who You Are  
Are you a technical seller who understands how meaningful collaboration technology is and can convert your deep technical expertise into business acuity that your customers can easily absorb and repeat? Do you love thinking creatively and overcoming objections? Then this is the position for you. Do you have experience selling Cisco specific products and as a Service selling experience? Then thats even better!  

Should you be interested in this role, you should bring:
  • Proven Track record in sales with more than 10 years of experience selling Services, Collaboration solutions, UCaaS and SaaS. 
  • Strong Customer/Partner facing and relationship building skills.
  • Strong Collaboration skills with demonstrable results in leading Collaborative teams combined with ability to work with cross-architecture peers. 
  • Financial and business acumen, strong attention to detail and follow-up, as well as experience in account sales planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
  • MS/BS/BA degree or equivalent from reputable university.

  • Accountability: She or He should be a results oriented team player who leads by example, holds her or himself accountable for performance, takes absolute ownership, and champions all aspects of the pre sales and account management process.
