**Commercial Lead Rheumatology (m/f/d) I&I Austria**

**This is what you can look forward to:**

+ Leading the commercial team of the Rheumatology franchise including Marketing and Field Force with full budget responsibility

+ Strategic planning of the Rheumatology franchise and preparation of tailored strategies

+ Identification of strategy-compliant measures

+ Product portfolio and life cycle management ensuring a Patients-First approach

+ In-depth market and competitive analysis (national, international)

+ Partnering closely with the Manager Business & Sales Operations to ensure insights are incorporated in franchise strategies, and national strategies/tactics are implemented by Field Force and other Promotional Channels

+ Definition and coordination of product goals and incentive planning for the Field Force

+ Identify opportunities for continues improvement in the commercial Rheumatology team and go-to-market model incl. digital channels

+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Medical, GH&V, and Finance to ensure full cross-functional integration across the business

+ Identify and execute on national and or region/account-specific opportunities to grow revenues

+ Establishment and maintenance of a broad network of opinion leaders and stakeholders

+ Create high performance team and stimulate collaboration, encourage motivation of all team-members living our Pfizer values and culture

+ Uphold and model Pfizer values, and use visible and inspirational leadership

+ Ensure high quality and of work results and processes

+ Ensure full adherence with Compliance policies and procedures

**What you offer:**

+ University Degree in science or economics

+ Minimum 5 plus years' experience in both Marketing and Field Sales Management roles in the pharmaceutical sector

+ Deep understanding of Rheumatology and the Austrian Rheumatology landscape

+ Demonstrated ability to partner across functions and lines and working effectively in a highly matrixed environment

+ Demonstrated ability to anticipate and address major changes in the healthcare landscape

+ Line management experience

+ Proven ability to anticipates customer and market needs

+ Proven track record of strategic and innovative thinking

+ Demonstrated ability to seize accountability and to also hold others accountable

+ Proven track record of effectively being able to gain unique insights and expert influence

+ Budget and profit responsibility experience

+ Analytical thinking, result orientation, initiative personality

+ Fluent in German and English language

The salary depends on education, training and expert knowledge as well as previous experience but will at least amount to EUR 80.500 gross p.a..
